I study the cognitive and neural mechanisms that enable us to perceive objects in a crowded visual display. My research uses both behavioral measures and functional magnetic resonance imaging techniques.

I am part of the Harvard Vision Sciences Laboratory, along with professors Ken Nakayama and George Alvarez.http://visionlab.harvard.edu/VisionLab2/Welcome.htmlhttp://visionlab.harvard.edu/Members/Ken/nakayama.htmlhttp://visionlab.harvard.edu/Members/George/Welcome.htmlshapeimage_5_link_0shapeimage_5_link_1shapeimage_5_link_2
